My name is Ben Munnings, MCC, and in 2020 I founded Mission Focus.
After 20 years of advising and coaching leaders in the most challenging of settings, I set up Mission Focus to partner more directly with companies and organisations in advising their boards, ExCos, and senior executives on increasing performance.
Through Mission Focus, I help senior leadership teams identify hidden friction, sharpen decision-making, and build the behavioural habits that drive performance. My approach combines 15 years of executive performance coaching with a 25 year background in corporate leadership and high stakes military operations—providing a grounded, pragmatic framework for leaders navigating intense complexity and accountability.
I hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching from the ICF and am a postgraduate researcher in performance psychology at the The Institute for the Psychology of Elite Performance at Bangor University.

3-Month Investment: £6,000 + VAT (£4,150 + VAT net when PBA is credited)

Therefore The Executive Performance Programme comes with The Sounding Board: priority audio and text access via encrypted WhatsApp Business or Signal channels direct to Ben Munnings, not an AI.
