Executive Coaching Programmes often sit within wider Leadership Development Programmes. We have a wealth of experience slotting in seamlessly to an organisation’s programmes and can also advise on how to set up an impactful programme from scratch.
A typical Mission Focus Executive Coaching Programme follows a traditional Diagnostic, Development, Deployment model. We work with whichever leadership assessment you operate and debrief those findings into our first sessions. From here, we can build out our strategy deliberately and dynamically. From the Diagnostic phase, we move into Development whereby we deliver coaching and any related development activities across the cohort. Finally, we stay with you as you Deploy, test and adjust any behaviours and performance into your operational world.
